Body Sculpt
A total body conditioning class with attention given to each muscle group. Emphasis on hips, thighs, and abdominals. Hand
weights & resistance bands are often added for variety. 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, & 10 lb hand weights & bands are provided.
Step
Burn up to 600 calories per class! This is our most popular & effective way to lose weight & build a strong cardiovascular
system. Great for beginners & advanced members. Modifications are given throughout the class. Abdominal work follows
the cardio segment.
Bodyflex
This class is a total body barbell workout. Designed to increase lean muscle while decreasing body fat. Great for building
bone density, muscle definition and improving strength and endurance.
Pi-Yo
A fusion of Pilates & Yoga linking together one pose to the next in a smooth, controlled flow, focusing on repetitive &
progressive postures. Emphasis on the abdominals & core. Increases muscle tone, burns calories & relieves stress.
TRX
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Body Rock
Our version of bootcamp! Intense cardio invused with strength moves. It’s fast, fun, and challenging!!

Always wanted to have a personal trainer? This class is Personal Training in a classroom setting. Individual attention to each
muscle group. Heavier weight are used for maximum muscle toning.
